The KA-17 is a new product, an assault rifle widely used in the world on the AK-47 platform by the Slovak manufacturer. 
The weapon is semi-auto from production, so it is not a conversion of an automatic weapon into a self-loading one. 
The weapon is equipped with a firing switch (fuse) - Safe / Semiauto. The KA17 is mounted in a polymer stock with a fixed stock. 
The barrel is nitrided, which ensures high durability and reliability, as well as resistance to corrosion.
The weapon includes two metal magazines, a strap and a boresnake for cleaning the barrel.
