BORAN LIGHTWEIGHT TOWED HOWITZER

Equipped with a 105 mm / 30-caliber barrel, BORAN weighs 1,745 kg including its Fire Control System. The system offers a range of up to 17 km at sea level and can be deployed and made ready to fire in under one minute.

With its GPS-supported Fire Control System, panoramic sight, and rapid emplacement capability, BORAN provides a more flexible, effective, and swift solution compared to conventional systems. Already proven in the Turkish Armed Forces’ counter-terrorism and air-transport operations, the system has also been specially designed for commando brigades.
